Pharmacy Weight Loss Skegness is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) operating in accordance with UK pharmacy law and General Pharmaceutical Council standards. We provide online weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Skegness and the surrounding area.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet our clinical eligibility criteria. Eligibility is assessed by our pharmacist on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following consultation.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical review by our GPhC-registered pharmacist. A valid prescription must be in place before any prescription-only medicine (POM) is dispensed.
By submitting your health questionnaire, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in serious harm to your health and could constitute fraud.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our pharmacist. We may request additional information, refer you to your GP, or decline to prescribe if clinically appropriate.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely.
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged.
If your order is declined following pharmacist review, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier performance.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging to protect your privacy. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery, or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept a return or issue a refund, as prescription medications cannot be resold or returned under UK law.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and take appropriate action in accordance with our obligations under consumer law.
Our service is not a substitute for your NHS GP or specialist care. The information and treatments we provide are intended to complement, not replace, professional medical advice. If you experience a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E immediately.
Weight loss medications may carry risks and side effects. You are responsible for reading all patient information provided with your medication. Contact us or your GP if you have any concerns about your treatment.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Your data will never be sold to third parties.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
